Your leads and knowledge, in one desktop workspace
Outreach Studio helps you import Excel or CSV leads, keep each contact’s uploaded details, and generate personalized email drafts using your selected Markdown knowledge files. Review and edit the complete draft before you approve it.
Connect Gmail with your Google account
In the desktop app, open Manage and choose Continue with Google. Google asks you to choose an account and authorize the Gmail permissions. The connection lets you read conversations, review replies, send approved messages and keep delivery results with the original lead. Account access depends on Google consent and the app’s current publishing and verification status.
Review, approve and schedule
Choose the sending account, select your leads and knowledge, and generate drafts. Review each message before approving it. Schedule selected approved messages for a chosen time, or space them using intervals such as 20 minutes, 50 minutes or one hour. The desktop runtime sends them when due and records sent, failed or uncertain results. Keep the app running for local schedules to execute.
Understand how your information is used
The app keeps working records on your device and protects provider credentials using operating-system encryption when available. Requested AI writing can share the selected lead, knowledge and relevant conversation context with OpenAI.
