Who provides this app
Outreach Studio is a desktop outreach application operated by Muhammad Qasim. These privacy details apply to Outreach Studio and its Gmail connection. Appzenu hosts this public information page. Questions about this app or your data can be sent to developerxlr@gmail.com. Last updated: 16 October 2026.
Google and Gmail information accessed
Connecting Gmail uses Google OAuth in your browser. The app receives account information such as your Gmail address and an authorization token; you do not enter your Google password into Outreach Studio. The requested permission is https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.modify. It allows the app to read messages and conversations, compose and send email, and update labels or read/archive status. Reading a message can retrieve its MIME content, including attachments in that message; the inbox stores parsed message text, addresses, subject, dates, labels and conversation identifiers.
How Gmail information is used
Gmail data supports the inbox, sent-email history, reply tracking, conversation review, and the writing and delivery features you choose. Messages are associated with your uploaded leads so you can review the contact and the relevant conversation together. Approved messages are sent through the Gmail account you select. Scheduling is performed by the desktop app while its runtime is running.
Local storage and protection
Imported contacts, knowledge files, synchronized email text, drafts, schedules and delivery/activity records are stored in the desktop app’s local database. OAuth tokens and other provider credentials are stored separately using operating-system credential encryption when available. The local message database and exported backups are not represented as fully encrypted; protect the device, its user account and its backup files. Gmail mailbox content is not uploaded to the Appzenu research website by Outreach Studio.
AI writing and third-party processing
When you request AI writing or reply assistance, the app sends the selected lead details, knowledge files, writing instructions and available conversation context to your selected OpenAI connection: ChatGPT subscription access or your separately configured OpenAI API provider. This can include Gmail message text and email addresses from the relevant conversation. The app requests store: false for its Responses API calls. Provider processing and retention follow the applicable account terms and OpenAI privacy policy; this request is not a promise of zero provider retention. Choose these features only for information you are entitled to share with that provider.
Limited Use of Google data
Outreach Studio uses and transfers information received from Google APIs to provide the user-facing features described here in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Outreach Studio does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI models. Google data is shared with the selected AI provider only for the writing assistance you request. Support does not receive access to your local inbox by default; if you choose to share an example for help, remove information that is not needed.
Retention, backups and deletion
Local records remain until you remove them or delete the app’s saved data. Activity-log retention and automatic or manual backup settings may keep additional copies on your device. Removing an app record or disconnecting an account does not erase messages in Gmail or copies in existing backup files. To remove all saved local data, stop the outreach runtime, disconnect accounts, and remove the app’s local data and any backup copies you no longer need. Contact support for help locating those files. Third-party services retain their own records according to their policies.
Your choices and disconnecting access
You choose which Google account to connect, which leads and knowledge to use, and which drafts to approve and schedule. Pause or stop the runtime to prevent queued outreach. In Manage, choose Disconnect to remove the app’s saved Gmail authorization and attempt revocation. You can also revoke access through Google Account connections. Disconnecting prevents future authorized access but does not erase already stored local records.
Changes and contact
Changes to these privacy details will be published on this page with an updated date. For privacy, access or deletion questions, contact developerxlr@gmail.com. The Appzenu website privacy information separately describes this website’s research accounts and sign-in.
