Appzenu is operated by Appzenu. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, handles billing and payment, and provides customer service for billing questions and returns.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for a subscription. Renewal payments can be refunded within 14 days of the renewal if you have not used Pro features since that renewal. To request a refund, reply to your Paddle receipt email or contact Paddle at paddle.net. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; your Pro access ends when the refund is issued.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time from Account settings › Manage, change card or cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals; Pro remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling does not by itself refund the current period.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
